Part I: Photographing Your Artwork project / Part 2: Biography PDF

PART I: Photographing Your Artwork: (10 points)
  1. Take 2 photos of your artwork. 
  2. Photo 1: MUST include your artwork with a slip of paper containing your name on it in the photo- DO NOT SEND ME A PHOTO OF JUST A SLIP OF PAPER WITH YOUR NAME ON IT!!!;       If using your phone, you will need to email the photos to yourself, so you can re-name the files on your computer. (See below)
  3. Photo 2: Is an image of just your artwork, that has been cropped.


Labeling your image files:

Label your two image files in the following manner: 
Last name_First initial_project:  like this example: Dewar_T_Project1 & Dewar_T_Project2                                               
**DO NOT EMAIL ME PHOTOS DIRECTLY FROM YOUR PHONE, SINCE YOU WILL NOT BE ABLE TO RE-NAME THE FILES!!!!

Email me the 2 properly labeled jpeg images as attachments @ [email protected]  I will only be emailing you via moodle.​​

Picture 1 -
Will be with your name on your artwork like this.

(DO NOT SEND ME A PHOTO OF JUST A SLIP OF PAPER WITH YOUR NAME ON IT!!)

file labeled: Last name_first initial_Project1

EXAMPLE: Dewar_T_Poster Project1.jpg

Picture 2 -
​Will be just the artwork, cropped down and image adjusted if necessary like this.

EXAMPLE: Dewar_T_Poster Project2.jpg

Your file should be labeled like this>   Dewar_T_Poster Project 1.jpg

I will NOT accept improperly labeled files or file types. (Jpeg or Tiff only)
NO PNG or other types accepted.

PART II: Biography PDF: (10 points)-Labeling text files.
  1. Write a brief 1 paragraph biography about yourself.  Whatever information you feel like sharing (could include where your from, your major, interests, pets etc).
  2. Next you will convert your word document into a pdf.  (See document below on different methods to convert your word document into a pdf.)
  3. Label your PDF in the following manner:  Last Name_First Initial_Biography. For example: Dewar_T_Biography
  4. Do not just send me an email with your biography in the email.  You must send me a PDF as an attachment to the email.​  Do not use google docs etc where permissions are required.
