Paper Cuts

Project Parameters:
  • Each of you will be given an exacto knife and sheet of paper.
  • You will begin by sketching out your design on the back of the paper.
  • You will then cut out your design, from the backside, but the reverse side will be the finished element. (so again if using text, draw it backwards).
  • Minimum size is 22" x 30"
  • If you do only a silhouette form, it must be a detailed composition.  You can also choose to do a shadow puppet video if you like.  You will hand it your video along with the puppets you cut.
