ARTZ 371: Advanced Relief  / WEEKLY SCHEDULE   Fall 2023

NOTICE:  As this is the only upper division printmaking course being offered this semester, we will have students taking this course with a broad range of background experience.  From those who are taking this as their first printmaking course, to those who have taken multiple print courses.  In order to address the different levels and needs of these differing groups, I have set up 2 tracks.

  • TRACK 1: For those students taking Relief for the first time or have previously taken ARTZ 271/Relief will follow the projects outlined below.
  • TRACK 2: For those students who have completed ARTZ 271/371 Screenprinting or ARTZ 371 Relief II, will be given the option to follow along with the semesters projects or submit a written proposal of projects to substitute which may include relief/Screen or a combination of both.  In either case the total number of projects & deadlines will remain the same, and all other requirements,  will still be required.
